*The 100 CLUB VIP Membership is not dental insurance, but a membership plan for prepaid dental services performed exclusively at 100 West Dental. If periodontal disease or gingivitis is present, additional treatment will be necessary prior to your cleaning. A periodontal maintenance plan may also be available for those who qualify.
**Any necessary X-rays and intraoral images are also included (typically a full mouth x-ray every 3 years, bitewings every year, and additional images as needed)
